Witnessing and Calibration of Orifice Meter Facilities

Measurement is affected by many varying conditions at or near the metering station. HGMI performs thorough inspections in coordination with our client's operations accounting for effects of operating equipment at the site.

Beside the standard measurement report, a separate statement summarizing calculated measurement error is provided to more effectively communicate problem areas. GPS longitude and latitude coordinates are recorded for each site and entered into our mapping system for logistics management.

HGMI field technicians have cellular phones and can reach our support group or the customer at any time for aid in solving any problem.

Periodic scheduled inspection and calibration. Generally a per inspection fee (flat rate) applies (no travel time or mileage is charged). Usually a 5 per day minimum per technician per area is the criteria for the flat rate (based on density of locations). Parts and repair time extra.
